This week I’ve been more snippy than usual. I need to choose Jesus and love selflessly even when things feel out of my control. I don’t do well when I don’t feel in control.
I want our front lawn to look like this. With the California drought, we want to get rid of our lawn and use things that are more drought tolerant. Ben is lobbying for a front yard vegetable garden too, but we totally need to finish the back before we start the front.
We are ready to work on our front yard too and just found out about the dwp rebate for drought friendly lawns. Fingers crossed we get that! It is so easy for me to get snippy with my kids too : ( Our new church friends have helped encourage me to meditate on verses (having them up on my wall really helps!) You have great taste in jewelry!
