    good morning,

the weather in hannover/germany makes me cry and going back to bed! no sky to see, only grey everywhere you look. a nice golden autum would be better than this but I WANT MY SUMMER BACK!

    … 🙂

In my neck of the woods, it was FREEZING!!!!!.. ok I'm being a bit dramatic. But seriously it was chilly here today. A cool and breezy 75! Come to Gardena and play!

  • Katyha says:

Today Sydney was quite cold and very windy. A very cool 9°C (48.2°F), not looking forward to the days warming up yet.

  • Jen says:

In Malawi now it resembles a perfect So. Cal. day — 72 degrees and sunny.

  • Sini says:

Here in south France is still summer too, we have around 33C in shadow what equals about 91F. It's soo much for me! I'm originally from Finland and in my home country it's already autumn, but here summer just continues forever.. I love autumn and wish to have it soon here too 🙂

  • We had a very hot, dry summer here in Pennsylvania with many days in the 90s. However, the weather this week has been lovely- low 80s and not too humid. I am however looking forward to autumn weather. I wish I could live year-round where the temperature was between 60 and 83 degrees. Ahhhhh! However, I really enjoy having 4 seasons and snow in the winter. So I guess I'll stay where I am for now 😉

I love the stamp sets! I think I might have to own a few of those.

I'm kinda the opposite. my town is starting to get cold, and i'm desperate for heat again!!!

  • Julie says:

LOVE freshly picked tomatoes, so delish! It's been so hot here as well. Well, now it's cooled down a bit, but I totally agree, no thank you! I'd much prefer mid temps, not extreme heat. I'm excited for fall weather, but not for our fall schedule….

In Hong Kong it's super hot and humid, an absolutely gross combination. I'm used to dry Colorado weather, so I'm dying! I can't believe things probably won't cool down for at least a month!

By the way, I love that tomato dish. The picture makes me hungry. 🙂

I love my New England weather and true seasons! 😉
Today there is a high of 82…so, the nights get down to the upper 50s. Perfect snuggle-with-babies-and-hubby weather! 😀

Of course, our tomatoes are taking a little longer to ripen…I'm growing impatient! 🙂 That is also one of my favorite dishes! Sometimes, I have it on top of crispbread crackers, too! YUM!

  • Kara says:

it's been rainy as heck. but today it's mid 70s and sunny.
not looking forward to the 90+ degrees in a few days.

    your blog is so cute!

  • Melissa Jade says:

nyc has been raining- but today is the start of a great weather run! 80 or so today with the weekend ending in the 90's!!

  • jozen says:

rain… which i don't mind because we need it!

  • good morning!
The weather is overcast. Not too bright and not to cloudy. Perfect to take pictures out.

  • Those tomatoes look yum!

We're actually experiencing a cool down. We were having those 100 degree days, but now it's in the 80's and beautiful!

  • Ashley says:

your sketches are so cute! and those 'mato's look super delish. mmm.

up here (north of Sac a ways) we are feeling that heat wave too. yuck! i can't wait for the weekend, it's supposed to be 80!!

Love the doodles…so cute! Also, thanks for the links for the camera battery,I ordered them yesterday.I haven't used the camera in so long due to the bateries dying out & they were expensive at the store so I gave up.So I am excited to use my camera again. 🙂 As for our weather, this has been a very hot & humid summer. It's our 2nd summer here in Virginia & I hate it…we haven't spent any time's too hot during the day & when it's cool, the mosquitos are out.ugh!I am with you,it seems like fall isn't coming fast enough.

  • Cute doodles! And mmm basil, tomatoes and mozzarella! The best. 🙂 Hope it gets cooler there soon! It's 21 here, which is about 70. So cold in the shade, but in the sun it's waaaaaaaay too hot! Haha.

  • Meg says:

those doodlings are darling 🙂 cute stamps! and caprese salad is my absolute favorite thing to eat in the summer! yummm. the weather here is starting to cool down.. it's already feeling like fall!

  • Brooke Premo says:

Bless your 108 degree heart! That's really terrible. I've been feeling sorry for myself in Alabama, but it's only around 99-102 here lately (plus the gross humidity).

Well at least you have pretty, yummy food and cute sketches!

I keep trying to think of cute fall clothes we can soon wear to get me through the heat.

Portland Oregon is in the 70's with patches of blue sky but mostly some gray clouds. perfect last august weather! Thunderstorm anyone!?

  • Carolyn says:

we've reached 116 here in Phoenix, luckily everywhere in Arizona has amazing air conditioning. Groing up in San Jose when it got hot, you just sat and melted on the couch like wax.

I love the idea of a doodle book under the coffee table, i kept meaning to do that…

  • Rosalind says:

Far too cold and rainy – come on Spring! Canberra is not the warmest part of Australia!

  • Kuky says:

We've had some crazy weather here too.105 the other day when we were at the park. So hot my daughter got a bloody nose.

  • Well, I'm in Seattle right now and we think it's cold! The thermometer said 95 today but it did NOT feel like it. We're visiting grandparents and are heading home to Dubai on Sunday – where it's been steadily at 115 degrees with the highest humidity you can imagine. It feels like walking behind an airplane engine or into a sauna! I am freezin here but not looking forward to going home to that (but I am super excited to go home and see my fiance after 6 weeks! We'll be married in less than a month =))

    love, Cait
P.S. I love little Soul's post! She truly is illegally cute.
