I just don't understand why kids love bugs so much. The other day, my eldest Kelis wanted to grab so weird and scary bug. Automatically i told her to put it down. They she asked me “would you stil love me if i wasn't cute”, i said of course i would. Then she answered ” so why you only like ladybug?”. It left me speechless. And she is so right.

  • i admire you for having kids back to back to back (and back). i really don't know how you do it…but i see that you can. my sister has 4 kids, i have 1. and i'm in awe of her motherly skills..as i am of yours. and you even have time to write, craft and really enjoy your family.

I love your perspective. So realistic and encouraging. I'm hoping to back-to-back them someday soon because I want to have a bunch of kids and I'm “old”.
    ENJOY your Friday! 🙂

  • I bow down in awe and would like to say this post is simply beautiful.

I understand about having kids back to back….We have 5 dream kids (plus 3 in heaven), and we want more:) My 2 oldest are 11 months apart and the others came about every 2 years… It's hard at times, but totally worth it. The Lord helps me thru all the “daily living” stuff. Our kids are best friends and they hate being apart. We homeschool, so we get to enjoy being together all day. I don't want to miss a thing they are doing and learning. As a side note…I have been buying diapers for the last 14 years:)
