Soul and Glow have graduated to big girl beds, and I took these last few shots of them with their little beds in their room. I went back and forth on the decision to move them to a big girl bed for sentimental reasons; this growing up stuff is going way too fast. But when Glow told me, “Mommy, I’m a little squished,” I knew it was time to move on to bigger. Here’s a peek at their big girl beds (we’re still waiting for Soul’s mattress to come in). We’ve switched this rug out for a a simpler one, and we still haven’t decided what to put on the walls. I’m hoping once Soul’s mattress comes in, and the beds feel put together, I’ll get inspired on how to decorate the rest of the room.

I pinned the image of your sweet bedroom on my pin board for my daughters nursery for her very first baby….and it’s a girl!!!
She FELL IN LOVE with the rug, so I told her I would find the source.
She is a cancer survivor, the youngest of four, and my only daughter. I would do just about anything for her. Seriously.
I figured I would surprise her with this rug!
I read and read through your blog posts a few weeks ago and couldn’t find it. But yesterday I thought….”I’ve got to find that rug!” So it was back to searching and I found your insta post with the info! Yay! (Your blog and insta are BEAUTIFUL and I discovered you’re a Jesus lover, so now I want to to read it all again!
But it’s no longer sold in round and she LOVED that about it. Also, it’s Anthro….and that’s a bit out of my price range. Bummer.
But I’m going to search and maybe find it used. I live in So Cal, so I figure the odds are for me!
Then I remembered you’d said you’d switched out the rug, and I know it’s a long shot, but I thought “you just don’t know until you ask”…..Is your rug for sale? I’m stating my interest Lol

Thank you for your interest. I’m not sure yet. I won’t know until I get the second bed and the room settled, but I will let you know if we decide to let go of it. It’s currently in our loft area, but I’m not sure if I’m wild about it there. I will keep you mind if I decide to sell it.
