I signed up for Danni‘s package exchange and was so excited when I was finally able to “meet” my swap partner, Fallon. We excitedly exchanged emails, shop links, and blogs and got to know each other that way. We were both so ecstatic and after perusing her blog (and shop), I knew that I would love whatever she sent. There were a few rules for the package exchange, but the main focus of the swap was to focus on packaging and darn it… I think my swap partner did a mighty fine job! I think I am just going to let the pictures tell the rest of the story…
Don’t you just love it all?!! I got a cool polaroid postcard, these earrings that I have been eyeing, lovely vintage fabric, a cool vintage sweater for the newest babycakies, and a polaroid pillow made by Fallon herself! Not to mention the packaging, which of course is the focus of this whole exchange… a dollhouse box, oh my! The girls are having so much fun having another dollhouse to play with. When you have two girls, there is no such thing as too many dollhouses or dolls…
WOW! what fun!
What a great idea! A package exchange. Tell me how this works, I love giving things I create away. For years an old friend would always get the “first” of a creation for either Christmas or her birthday. Love the suitcase pillow.
Oh Ruby, I am so happy you enjoyed your package! I love hearing your girls are playing with the box, so sweet =) Thanks for being such a wonderful swap partner. I look so very forward to receiving your package!
this is such a great idea. i love every thing about it!
Oh how lovely! I'm sending off my Lovely Package tomorrow and am so excited. This summer I started sending a lot more handmade and written letters and wee parcels and so enjoyed it. Even though postage from Dubai is a barrier I hope to do it more throughout the year.
Love!

Cutest thing to grace the internet since your husband dressed himself and your girlies in briefs for mommy's day :O) Seriously!
Wow! You are a lucky girl!
I adore all those goodies!
Hmm, Holga vs. Diana… I think they are fairly similar, though the Diana has more of a fish-eye, blurry effect along the edges of the picture. I suggest browsing Holga and Diana Flickr pools to see what type of image you like more, and go from there. Hope that helps!
oh my! so cute!!!!! love anything with houses!
OMG I cant stop drooling over this fantastic parcel. fantastic
What a great package! It all looks so beautiful.
OH, I did this exchange. What a wonderful idea it is. I LOVE that your partner did a dollhouse box. That's incredible!
That's so neat! I LOVE the Fallon pillows! amazing!
That is incredible packaging…so sweet and creative….you are a lucky girl. Swaps are so much fun and they really push us to try new things.
W-O-W!
I love this. And especially the dolls house. I was talking to my mother in law the other day about the fact that my daughter would love a dolls house, but lamenting the cost. I might just have to make one out of cardboard! It's gorgeous!
i knew everyone would love it as much as i do! i am nervous about mine. really… this one will be so hard to top! i love my swap partner… she is just genius!
What fun indeed!! Love your blog!

I would have been happy with just the little cardboard house<3
Adorable. The box is my favorite part!! I guess I never grew up. Every Christmas morning our kids spend more time playing with the boxes/packaging than the toys!! Fondly, MaryLea (pink and green mama)
