QUICK OATMEAL COOKIES
- 1 cup quick oats oatmeal
- 1 cup sunflower putter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients together. Mix until fully combined.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into a ball onto the baking sheet, and flatten ball with a fork.
Bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes, until light golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack for about 10-15 minutes.
Who can resist the simplicity of a 5 ingredients cookie?! Certainly not us! We made ours using sunflower butter, to accommodate for one nut allergy, but I’m sure this is especially delicious with peanut butter. I love any peanut butter and chocolate combo. It’s another take on the 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie (recipe here), but this time with oatmeal added in. If you’ve got 10 minutes to spare, gather your ingredients and try these cookies!

These cookies are healthy and very easy to prepare. Great for kids.
Cooking is my hobby. I always search for the next nice recipe. I have changed is a bit and have added some almonds.
I’ve never tried it with the Rice Krispies, but my family always makes them with crushed graham crackers. Makes them absolute perfection. People that don’t even like peanut butter think or peanut butter balls are amazing. Reminiscent of butterfingers and Reese’s. You should definitely give it a try. Same recipe, but swap Rice Krispies for crushed graham crackers. You won’t regret it.water leak toronto
